Reuxables Early Adoption Program

Our friends at Nukeation have this great product called Reuxables that helps give a fresh new look to your WPF applications. LICAS digital is now officially involved with the product line (among others) and we are happy to announce the Early Adoption program for Reuxables Phase 2 themes - starting with Discovery.

Reuxables Theme Discovery was announced a month ago and the response was so powerful that it was decided that people be allowed to purchase a "Go Live" for the beta versions. Discovery is now being offered at a reduced introductory price of $159 under this Early Adoption program. Customers who purchase under this program will get all interim beta releases as soon as they are finished, and a free upgrade to the final release

You can find out more about this program and see a live demo of the Discovery theme on Nukeation's blog.

LICAS digital announces business partnership

The following extract comes from our Press Release dated 28 March 2008;

LICAS Digital today announces a new, long-term business partnership with Nukeation Studios. The partnership brings together LICAS Digital’s software publishing and software-as-services strategies with Nukeation’s proven expertise in enhanced user-experience software design. It is the natural progression of a two-year collaborative relationship between the two companies.

LICAS Digital CEO Liam Cassidy described the formal arrangement as a significant step forward for both companies; “I’m excited and very proud to be working closely with Nukeation. We have benefited tremendously from our close-ties with Nukeation behind-the-scenes these last two years, so it’s a pleasure to formalise that partnership moving forward.”

Leading the partnership for Nukeation Studios will be its Owner and Creative Director, Dax Pandhi; “LICAS Digital has helped us strengthen our offerings for creative professionals. We expect some very exciting productions from our new partnership.”

The partnership begins with marketing and distribution collaboration on the newly-released Reuxables – a rich collection of custom-built designer themes for software applications built upon Microsoft® Windows Presentation Foundation™ (WPF).

Reuxables is the first in a catalogue of projects scheduled for release throughout 2008, closely followed with the launch of an ambitious new high definition advanced-training media service for 3D graphics professionals. Codenamed "Eidos", this service will be augmented with high-quality full-colour publications. “This will be a busy year with several key releases designed to enrich the workflow and resources available to software developers and design professionals,” added Cassidy.

LICAS digital - new branding, new website... new blog

Today we completed the company re-branding that started early in the new year, and rolled-out the new website design. Very special thanks go to Dax Pandhi and our partners Nukeation Studios who worked hard to make this happen. Don't forget to add this blog's feed to your RSS reader so you don't miss out on our updates.

The changes don’t stop there; eagle-eyed visitors might have spotted that, on his blog, Dax described LICAS digital as a “digital interactive company” – which accurately describes much of our focus in the coming year as we launch Eidos; click here for a very sneak-preview.

In the meantime, we're hugely excited by the launch of Reuxables, and the upcoming <WTF/>, both from our partner Nukeation. More on that in a blog to follow later today.
